Conditions for application

All applicants interested in a job onboard a vessel should comply with the following conditions:

• Good professional and ethusiastic people, male and female;
• Knowledge of the English language- conversation level;
• Qualification and/or work experience in the field, professional skills specific to the job applied for;
• Nice appearance, proper attitude, adaptability, flexibility, good health;

General information

• The duration of the contract differs from one company to another: 6-10 months with the possibility of signing a re-employment letter onboard;
• Work schedule: 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Payment: according to the position obtained;

Curriculum vitae recomandation

• The CV has to be drawn up neatly, on the computer or on the typewriter;
• The CV has to be up-dated, without hand-written side-notes;
• The phone number and the county prefix must be mentioned;
• Enumerate your studies, mentioning the graduation year, and any other courses that you have graduated and that are relevant (in the specific field);
• Relate your work experience, starting from the present and going into the past (the first being the current job), including the name of the companies, the period of employment and the responsibilities. The promotions and the achievements also have to be mentioned;
• On the first page mention the foreign languages that you speak/write;
• Don't forget to mention the qualities and skills that you have specific for the job you apply for.
